Go Team Fun! (For our Macchu Pichu trek; hiking Rainbow Mountain; a few nights in a honeymoon suite; a fancy dinner out; street food; a rainforest outing... Include a message with what you think we should do!)

Go Team Practical! (Include a message telling us your favorite part of the wedding and why it was the turtles)

Stay an extra hour to help with any clean-up and tear-down that needs to happen (such as boxing and loading decor, etc.). The couple will be leaving around 7:45, and the venue’s hard-close time is 9pm. We’ll leave a detailed list of what needs to happen along with our coordinator :)

Move chairs from the ceremony to the reception tables immediately following the ceremony.

Come early and help the groom set up! 9am-12pm on October 11.

Come early to help people park. We'll save you a seat and make sure you're enjoying yourself in the ceremony area at least 10 minutes before the ceremony starts! You'll be helping park cars from 1:30 to 2:15.

Help guests who need extra assistance get their cars! We'll ask you to help with this for 30 minutes after the couple leaves (~7:50-8:20).

We need one van's worth of supplies brought from Tierrasanta to the Alta Vista Botanical Garden at 9am, then dropped back off in Tierrasanta at 8pm.
